Service Description

Are you looking to Get fitter? Feel better? Lose weight? Gain Weight? Gain Muscle? Tone? Mobilise? Get into or back into Fitness after a little while off? Then I can help you! 1:1 Personal Training is a great way to achieve any of the above. I offer a bespoke service for every client, I know no two people are the same so I will get to know you and adapt sessions as and when we need to. I also offer 1:1 Pilates and yoga which can be tailored to your needs. Please contact me to discuss further including time slots and availability, please only book sessions after speaking to me first as I may not always be available. There is also an option of £400 if booking 10 sessions* T&C's apply, please see other service for details. If a session is cancelled within 24hrs the session will be lost. Small group training also offered, please contact me directly to discuss prices.


Cancellation Policy

Workshops & Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Regular Studio Classes: Studio classes can be booked up to 10 mins before a class starts and can be changed to another date up to 24hrs before the class start time. If you purchase a 6 class pass book in to the sessions you want to attend ASAP as class sizes are limited. IMPORTANT: The 6 classes need to be used over a 7 week period. You now need to book the remaining 5 classes yourself, If you are not booked on, and you turn up, and we are full I will have to turn you away, sorry. You can see what you are booked on to, how many sessions you have left, cancel sessions and see the expiry date in the 'my bookings' section of the website or app. Please read the 'Privacy Policy wording'.
