A bit about me...
Hi, I'm Lucy and I fell in love with fitness when I moved to New Zealand in 2012.
I had always been a member of gyms and took part in a variety of classes but when I moved to Auckland I joined the 'original' Les Mills gym, I started attended their classes and soon became addicted. I fell in love with the way the classes made me feel - happy, energetic, powerful and most of all I loved the way I felt afterwards and of course the change in my body shape, more muscle tone and definition was a bonus.

When I returned to the UK in 2014, I decided I wanted to help people feel the way I had felt, so I took the Level 2 Exercise to Music course and started up a few of my own classes locally. These went well so I chose to make the big leap from my busy, crazy sales career of 10 years in to the fitness industry full time.
Since then I have qualified in a whole variety of fitness programmes and also completed Level 3 Personal Training, Level 3 Mat Pilates and most recently a 200hr yoga teacher training course which I feel complements everything else perfectly.
After 2 years of running private classes and teaching in local gyms I made a huge decision to open my own studio. This was amazing, we had 30 classes a week running with a whole variety of styles but after a very tough couple of years during the pandemic I decided to close the studio and focus fully on events, escapes and the on demand section of the website.
