My mission...

I'm Lucy and my passion for health and fitness comes from my love of helping people feel the best they can feel and be the best they can be. Often the most important things in life get put to the side in this modern way of life that we lead and my aim is to promote the importance of fitness & nutrition for a healthy body and mind to as many people as possible.

I love making people feel good about their bodies but watching people come out of their shell and become more confident in themselves and achieve all sorts of things that they wouldn't have done before is why I do what I do.

I am a Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I am also now proud to be training and mentoring others to become Pilates instructors themselves with the Fresh Fitness Training Academy.

With a passion for movement and wellbeing, my mission is to help make the world a happier, healthier, and fitter place — one person at a time, and now through the next generation of Pilates teachers too.
